Terms of use
These terms govern use of this website and the coordination service operating it. They are not a treatment contract with a hospital.

What this service is not
China Hospital Concierge is a coordination and medical-interpreting service for scheduled hospital visits in China. We are not a hospital, clinic, or doctor. We are not an emergency service. We are not a visa agency. We are not an official agent of any hospital. Facilities are confirmed case by case. We do not list partner hospitals we have not contracted.
No doctor–patient relationship
Using this website, submitting a free inquiry, buying a Remote Plan, or hiring escort does not create a doctor–patient relationship with us. Clinical decisions belong to the licensed professionals and institutions that treat you. We coordinate. Hospitals treat.
How work starts
Work proceeds in stages you can stop: (1) a free high-level inquiry; (2) an optional paid Remote Plan; (3) optional on-the-ground escort or a package. A free inquiry does not contact hospitals, does not confirm an appointment, and does not start paid work. Paid work starts only after a written scope and your acceptance.
Public channels are not record-upload channels
Public forms, WhatsApp, and ordinary email are not channels for medical records, imaging, prescriptions, passport or ID copies, or payment details. Do not send them there. If a paid Remote Plan needs selected materials, we will explain a separate consent first.
Health information and sharing
We process selected health information only after a paid scope and an explicit health-information consent. We share materials with a hospital or other provider only after a separate authorization that names that recipient. None of those later consents is pre-ticked. We do not sell inquiry data.
Remote Plan fees, credit, and refunds
The Remote Plan fee is USD 80–150, confirmed in writing before payment. Once we have started the work, the fee is generally non-refundable except as we confirm in writing or as required by law. If you hire on-the-ground escort or a package within 60 days after we send the plan, the fee is credited to our coordination fee only (not hospital or hotel). The credit is not cash and is not transferable. If we cannot offer escort, you keep the written plan; we explain why in administrative or logistical terms.
Hospital and hotel refunds
Hospital charges are paid to the hospital. Hotels and carriers follow their own cancellation rules. We do not mark up hospital tests or treatment. We cannot refund money a hospital or hotel has already collected under its own policy.
Scope and refusal
We may decline emergencies, unstable patients, unproven therapies, “cure” claims, and other work outside our scope. Cancer and complex surgery, when we are involved at all, are second-opinion coordination only — not treatment packages. We may also decline a city we cannot staff.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the People's Republic of China. The service operating this website is the responsible party. We do not name a separate company legal title or a headquarters city on this page. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be submitted to the courts of the People's Republic of China. We do not pin jurisdiction to a single municipal court.
