We take scheduled care, chronic conditions, TCM, rehab, dental, and second-look visits. We do not take emergencies, unstable patients, unproven therapies, or “cure” claims. Cancer, surgery, and IVF start with a remote review.
Process
From first message to the flight home.
You don't need WeChat, a local phone, or Chinese to start. City can be chosen later. We screen first — we decline some cases.

Free inquiry, then a 48-hour written pathway
A free high-level inquiry first — no files on this form. If you then hire a Remote Plan, we return a suggested city (not a default), hospital type, stay length, and a low/mid/high cost band within 48 hours of payment plus the planning facts we need.

Hospital slot, estimate, Plan B
A named date, department, and doctor grade where the hospital allows it — plus a backup doctor if the first is cancelled. Itemized estimate: registration, tests, treatment, drugs. Hospital fees are paid to the hospital.

Arrival Pack
Visa-free window vs a medical stay, flight into that city, what to bring, which Chinese medicines cannot leave the country.

On the ground
Pickup with a two-hour wait, hotel within 20–30 minutes of the hospital, a quiet first night, then medical days and rest days. Rest days follow the city you are actually in.

Daily Note and change orders
By 20:00, an English note: what happened, tomorrow's time, new fees. Extra tests above the agreed amount wait for written confirmation on WhatsApp or email.

Discharge pack and follow-up
English summary, imaging, medication list, review dates. WhatsApp or email checks at 7 and 30 days.
