We coordinate hospital visits. We are not a medical provider. This notice explains what we collect, when, and why.

What we collect at free inquiry
The public form asks for contact details and high-level planning facts only: name, email, preferred contact channel, optional WhatsApp number, optional city preference, current country or city, age range, planned service type, timing, whether you already hold records or a local quote (yes or not yet — not the files), travel window and maximum stay, main coordination concern, and an optional short note. That is planning information. It is not a medical record. Do not attach imaging, prescriptions, passport or ID pages, or payment details.
What we collect later
If you buy a Remote Plan or hire escort, we may ask for the minimum materials needed for that written scope — for example a summary letter or a list of current medicines. We ask only after you have a paid scope and have given explicit consent to process selected health information. We do not run a patient portal on this version of the site.
Three separate consents
Later steps use three distinct consents. None of the later two is pre-ticked.
- Consent to contact us (the free inquiry).
- Consent to process selected health information for a paid scope.
- Authorization to share named materials with a named provider — the recipient is written on that authorization.
We do not sell data
We do not sell inquiry or health information. We use it to decide whether we can help, to draft a plan, and to book and escort if you hire us.
How we handle channels
This website is served over HTTPS. Do not send medical records on WhatsApp or on public forms. WhatsApp and ordinary email are convenient; they are not a hospital medical-record system. If we later use a dedicated file drop, we will say so in the paid-scope consent.
Retention
We keep inquiry files until the matter is closed plus about 90 days, unless a care episode continues and we still need the file to coordinate it.
Deletion
To ask for deletion, use the email on this site. We will say what we can delete and what a hospital may still hold under its own record rules. Hospitals are separate controllers of their own notes. Email us.
