Costs

Three bills. Only one of them is ours.

Coordination fee — ours

Remote Plan USD 80–150.

City Reset (5 days) USD 400–800.

TCM Immersion (7 days) USD 400–800.

Pain & Sleep (10–12 days) USD 900–1,800.

Same sticker band in all four cities; hospital and hotel change the rest. Confirmed in writing before you travel.

Hospital charges

Paid to the hospital. No markup on tests or treatment.

Stay and cars

Paid to the hotel and the driver at their price. No markup. Or folded into a package at that same cost.

Package bands

City Reset (5 days). About USD 800–1,800 depending on hospital tier. Includes coordination; hospital and hotel line items are listed separately until we pack them.

TCM Immersion (7 days). Coordination in the same band as City Reset. Hospital and hotel listed separately. Quoted in writing after intake.

Pain & Sleep (10–12 days). Quoted after intake. We will not invent a round number here.

Deposit and cancellation

30–50% of the coordination fee when the plan is confirmed.
Balance 7 days before arrival.
15+ days: 80% of the coordination fee back.
7–15 days: 50% back.
Inside 7 days: coordination fee is kept. Hospital and hotel follow their rules.

Payment: PayPal, Alipay+, Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer. Not WeChat-only.

We are not in-network for insurance. Buy travel medical cover that includes evacuation.
